Please note that only one exchange is supported by Kamak. If you wish to make several exchanges, or return your packages after an exchange, all shipping costs will be at your expense.
DELIVERY: within 7 working days. You will receive an email once your package has been sent with the tracking number.
In case of return:
Repack the parts using the return label included with your package.
Drop off your package at the nearest post office.
Send an e-mail to info@kamak.store mentioning that you have returned the package, with your order number and the tracking number of the package.
In case of exchange: Same process as for returns. We will send you the new parts at our expense, upon receipt of your package.

In case of return:
Send an email to info@kamak.store with your order number mentioning that you wish to return parts.
Repack the parts to be returned to the address that will be sent to you by email.
Drop off your package at the nearest post office.
Send an e-mail to info@kamak.store mentioning that you have returned the package, with your order number, the tracking number of the package, the invoice for the return costs and your bank details.
We will refund you within 4 working days after receiving your package.
In case of exchange: Same process as for returns. We will send you the new parts at our expense, upon receipt of your package.
