Please note that only one exchange is taken care of by Kamak. If you wish to make several exchanges or return your packages after an exchange, the costs will be at your expense.

ORDERS IN SWITZERLAND

DELIVERY: 

Delivery time: 7 working days from the order.

Cost: CHF 7.00

A shipment confirmation with a tracking number is sent once the parcel is deposited with the carrier.

RETURNS :

Refund the parts using the return label attached to your package.

Drop off your package at the nearest post office.

Send an email to info@kamak.store mentioning that you have returned the package, with your order number and the tracking number. Without this email, no exchange or refund will be possible.

Refunds will be made within ten days of receipt of the order.

EXCHANGES :

Same procedure as for returns. We will send you the new parts at our expense within three days of receiving your package.

ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN AREA:

DELIVERY: 

Delivery time: 10 to 12 working days from the order.

Cost: EUR 7.00 for France and EUR 13.90 for other countries.

A shipment confirmation with a tracking number is sent once the package is deposited with the carrier.

RETURNS :

Send an email to info@kamak.store with your order number mentioning that you wish to return parts. The procedure will be sent to you.

The refund will be made within ten days of receipt of the order.

EXCHANGES :

Same procedure as for returns. We will send you the new parts at our expense within seven days of receiving your package.

Nota bene for our English customers: Import taxes may be due upon receipt of the package. These are local VAT + customs fees and are payable by the customer.

FOR ORDERS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

Lead time: 10 to 20 working days from the order.
