These general terms and conditions of Kamak SA as seller and you as customer apply to all orders placed in the Kamak online shop (www.kamak.store) and to purchases for which Kamak SA declares these general terms and conditions to be applicable.

Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all services provided by Kamak SA in the online shop (www.kamak.store) and come into effect upon conclusion of a contract. The deliveries, services and offers of Kamak SA shall be made exclusively on the basis of these GTC, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again. By sending an order to Kamak SA, you confirm that you have read these GTC and expressly agree to them.

Conclusion of a contract
All information on goods and prices given during the ordering process is non-binding and without obligation. Customers shall receive a non-binding order confirmation from the seller. Kamak SA may cancel its offer without further notice prior to the notification of dispatch, whereby the contract with the seller is concluded. By placing your order, you confirm that you are clear about the scope and content of your order. Questions about this can be clarified with us in advance.

Delivery
The delivery of the goods is normally carried out by post or by courier. The delivery times are mentioned in delivery and return. These details are without guarantee.
If the sender does not give the correct address or an address where the carrier cannot find the person, the return costs charged by the carrier shall be borne by the buyer. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, all liability of Kamak SA is cancelled. Kamak SA shall not bear the transport risk and shall not be liable for loss or theft of the goods once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If, exceptionally, an article in the range is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. In principle, Kamak SA reserves the right to make partial deliveries, insofar as this is deemed necessary for the efficient processing of the entire delivery. Naturally, in such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent delivery. In addition, Kamak SA reserves the right to demand 100% advance payment for deliveries abroad.

Prices
All prices indicated on www.kamak.store do not include the Swiss statutory VAT (currently 7.7%) and do not include shipping costs. Kamak SA is not obliged to pay VAT. The actual shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart before the order is finalized. Kamak SA expressly reserves the right to change the prices shown online at any time, without prior notice and without further explanation. The time of the order on the website is decisive for the calculation of the prices.

Terms of payment
The following payment options are available to you:
Purchase by bank transfer in advance, Paypal, credit card.

In case of advance payment by bank transfer, the payment period is usually 7 days. If the payment is not received within this period, Kamak SA reserves the right to cancel the order and put the goods back on sale. Any bank transfer costs are at your expense.

Return guarantee
Buyer from Switzerland and the UE has the right to return the items received to Kamak within 30 days. In the event of a return, the items must be returned in a hygienic condition, otherwise the right of return is canceled. Kamak SA will be charged for the shipping costs incurred for returns. Kamak SA shall bear the costs of the return. By accepting the general terms and conditions, you also automatically accept our return policy.

Minor deviations from the model
The design of certain articles may be slightly modified. Naturally, Kamak SA cannot accept any responsibility for such changes made by manufacturers and suppliers.

Maintenance/handling
Kamak SA accepts no liability for any faults committed by the customer in the maintenance and/or handling of the delivered items.

Data protection
Kamak SA undertakes to treat your customer data with care and to comply with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation. In particular, no data will be passed on to third parties. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for the security of data transmitted via the Internet.

Marketing
Kamak SA reserves the right to re-use the e-mail address and telephone number provided at the time of ordering for its own marketing purposes (newsletter and others). You can object to this practice by sending a personal e-mail to info@kamak.store.

Product reviews
Kamak SA sends automated e-mails after purchase, which ask customers to review the products purchased. Kamak SA reserves the right to use these and all other reviews (without e-mail request) for marketing purposes.

Vouchers
Personal vouchers, which have only been created for a specific person or a specific group, may not be passed on and may only be used by persons authorised by Kamak SA. Kamak SA reserves the right to cancel any unauthorised orders without comment. Only one discount code may be used per order.

General liability
It is hereby expressly pointed out that no liability claims for direct and indirect damage, including consequential damage, may be asserted by the Customer against Kamak SA, insofar as there is no intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of Kamak SA for the damage suffered. For example, damage resulting from accidents, falls, etc., which occur during the handling of Kamak products (bags, etc.), shall be your own responsibility.

Changes to the GTC
Kamak SA expressly reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC at any time without prior notice.
