Deliveries and returns

Where do you deliver, and what are the costs and delivery times?

We deliver everywhere. For delivery costs and delivery times, you can find all the information here

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We cover the cost of shipping the return or exchange. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, including accessories (sportswear, socks, etc.).

We will only pay the shipping costs for a return/exchange. If you decide to make a return or refund after having already made an exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

How do I return a product?

Send an email to info@kamak.store with your order number and indicate that you wish to return or exchange your items. You will then receive the return instructions.

How long does it take for a refund?

After receiving the product, it will take ten days.

My item was delivered defective, what should I do?

Please send us an email to info@kamak.store with your order number and photos of the defective items. Depending on stock availability, we will proceed to a free exchange or refund.

It says the package was delivered to my letterbox, but I have not received anything

We are not responsible for loss or theft during delivery. You can send your order with a signature to ensure you receive it. The dispute must be settled with the carrier if the post office has not been respecting delivery conditions.

Is there a guarantee on my items?

We have a 30-day guarantee. If you notice any damage to your garment, despite following the care instructions within 30 days, please send us a photo and a description of the problem to info@kamak.store. We will respond to your request electronically.

Account, order, and payment

How will I know if my order has been registered?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your payment has been authorized.

Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?

Once your payment has been authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you have secure payment on your site?

Our site uses the latest technology in terms of payment security, so there is nothing to worry about. You can also pay by credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the usual payment methods – credit cards, bank cards, Paypal, and bank transfers.

Where can I enter my promo code?

You can enter your voucher code when you enter your bank details during the transaction.

Do your prices include VAT?

No. We are not obliged to charge VAT.

If I want to order on your site, do I need to open an account?

You do not need to open an account to order.

I have an account, but I forgot the password. What can I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you have 24 hours to email info@kamak.store with the order number.

Can I add an item to my order that I have forgotten?

If you wish to add an item to an order you placed within 24 hours; you can email info@kamak.store with your original order number and details of the thing you want to add to your basket.

What if the item I want is no longer available in my size?

Subscribe to our newsletter and receive the restocking dates, new items, and promotions.

My delivery does not match the order confirmation.

Please email info@kamak.store with the details of the item you received and your order number. We will send you the details to correct the shipment.

How long does a Kamak garment last on average?

The materials we use are wash-resistant and anti-peeling, so you can be sure your garment will last for many years.

Where are Kamak garments produced?

Kamak garments are produced in Europe in different factories. In the future, we will set up a tracking system for each item to find out where the garments are made and where the raw materials come from. In the meantime, if you would like to know more about the traceability of your products, you can write to us directly at info@kamak.store, and we will be happy to reply.

Are the clothes suitable for washing and drying in the washing machine?

For the care of the garments, you have to refer to the instructions on the label and strictly follow them to avoid damaging the garment.

What does Kamak do in terms of sustainability?

We aim to offer only products that align with our values of eco and social responsibility, which is why we have decided to work only with certified European partners.

Are you certified?

Kamak is currently not certified, but we only work with accredited partners with one or more of these labels: Oeko-tex, ISO 14001, Bluesign, Reach declaration, GSR, BIC, and GOTS.
